I believe there are now only 4 teams that can make the National Championship game.
One one side, there is Kansas and Missouri. No matter what happens, Kansas will end its season with at most one loss (either to Missouris or OU). If Missouri wins out, they will easily make it to the championship game, otherwise, Kansas will go (either with one loss or none). I feel the only debatable part here is whether Kansas gets in with the loss to Missouri and no Big12 championship game. I think they do. On the other side, we have OSU and WVU. OSU does not play anymore, so they can't drop below anyone else. WVU does play and if they win out, they are definitely going as a 1 loss team. If they lose one, OSU will go as the only remaining one loss team aside from the Big12. That's it, I see four possibilities: KU vs WVU Missouri vs WVU KU vs OSU Missouri vs OSU

Yeah seriously, anyone who voted for them over an UNDEFEATED one tie Ga. Tech team should have immediately had their votes taken away, considering not only did they lose a game they actually lost two, pathetic.
That 1990 year was actually one of the big reasons for the Bowl Coalition being formed (the precursor to the BCS).

Ga Tech got voted champs in 1 poll and Colorado got it in the other, so they "split" it on paper. But everyone knows Colorado's share was bogus that year.
As for this year, I am forseeing a Kansas/Missouri vs. West Virginia national title game! May God have mercy on us all.
