Default 2/4 River Decision

Villian is 17/14/6 over 1200 hands. i havent played cash in a few months (stats are old), so no real reads at the moment other than he is relatively aggro and seems solid.

I don't think I can fold this at a 4 handed game. Not to mention his AF is 6. Looks like he's trying to push you off a flush, not value town a boat imo. I think you see Js here a lot, or a tilted two pair like AQ.

fwiw, if I were villain and rivered a boat, I would either A) block bet like $55 into you hoping for a raise or B) CRAI

I think this is a fold, 55/88/AA/QQ/A8/Q8s are all easy for villain to have, also its kind of weird for him to c/c turn and then bluff river. Like its just a weird line to take for a bluff, and im not sure if hes valuebetting the Js like this.

I agree on fold I mean people just don't bluff big representing a boat and a boat only. Smells like valuetown to me.

hm river sucks... i don't see him c/c the turn just to buff the river if it pairs
fold it and save your moneys
