Well if I reboot and start the ipoker software, it's all back to the defaults. So I have to use Ibollide each tmie I reboot...

Every time, are you sure? Maybe there was a coincidence with a regular update of your iPoker client? What it is btw?

Yes, it's normal. There is no way to prevent file changing when the process is initiated by iPoker server. Fortunately this doesn't happen very often.
