Default What would it take to jump start stud games on ultimatebet?

Ultimate bet has almost no stud games going. Some stud hi but almost never any razz or stud/8. I have a buttload of uncleared bonus there and they hand it out like candy. My poker software works best for UB also because I can actually show a lot more conditional statistics, plus it is soooo easy to "datamine" by sitting at a table and going through the last 100 HH or so, before playing.

Anyway, what kind of concerted effort would it take to get games going? If I could get a dozen people from 2+2 to try to play there, to play each other short handed, etc, is it reasonable to think other players would wander by and try it?

Is anyone interested? How come PS and FTP have no trouble getting at least a few games going all the time and UB has nothing?

Unfortunately in light of the AP fiasco, you might have a hard time getting 2+2ers to play on UB . Myself, I've never deposited on UB and I withdrew the pittance I had at AP months ago and have no intention of ever depositing on either site.

[/ QUOTE ] I think it just comes down to a traffic issue. A quick glance at pokersitescout shows UB having about 1/4 the players as FTP.

Well Full Tilt is easy to datamine by just having the tables open. Party is easy to datamine by just using the party hand grabber. Pokerstars seems difficult but I've never tried to see if you can do it. Mostly I use it to find good tables, or watch for people on my shark list.

Yes. I am very worried about super user account owning me in 1/2 stud.
