Default $25NL - JJ against 67/10/1.8 fish

OK this one is tricky. I don't know what to do in this spot against this player because he can almost be holding and calling with ATC. Do I call or raise thinking I am ahead? Does a passive fish like this make a raise here with nothing? Is he capable of it? I don't know. The raise is so big it just baffles me.

Advice on all streets as always.

I hate being oop with a calling station. I'm not sure how many hands you have on him; but based on his stats, he seems loose/passive, hence his rr tells me he may actually be holding something like A5s,44,33,56s. I would fold and look for a better spot to takes his chips.

IMO: if you choose to bet the turn make it $5. You are under representing you hand, and inviting a bluff.
