Maybe bet like 200 on flop, other than that I think you played it fine.

I make it 120 pre if I'm raising to reduce implied odds. As played I think your flop bet size is fine and 150 probably accomplishes the same. The rest looks good.

I think 200 may look a little stronger, at a 6.50, but really it doesn't matter I guess.

i bet way below, like 130, on the flop
or even check it sometimes, depends on villain
don't want to waste so many chips here
i don't see a lot of hands calling pf which don't beat us right now
and i can't see AQ fold to a 3/4 potsize bet in a 6.5 here neither

No one limps JJ here? If you are going to raise I like 4xBB at this blind level to reduce the imlpied odds. It also builds a bigger pot so that you can shove the turn in some cases.
