Couldn't you technically beat the hell out of that game if you randomized your action every time? This would of course assume your opponents weren't doing the same.

no, you would break even in the long run against every strategy instead of ploaying a strategy that could be beat by some other strategy.

If you randomize your game perfectly isn't your EV just whatever the rake is? Take our 99/0/1 guy, let's just say he throws rock every time. If we randomize perfectly, we throw rock and tie 1/3 of the time, throw paper and win 1/3 of the time, and throw scissors and lose 1/3 of the time. You'd need to make a bot that randomizes over small samples but long term adapts to people's tendencies.
