As for the original video, it's obviously staged. The opponent cooperates by putting his arm around her head.
And the key: they end in a pinning position. A real suplex is performed with both arms around the waist of the opponent. She had one leg beneath the leg so that they end in a pinning predicament.

But I HAVE taken back bumps in the ring at Trax! I've also dropped an elbow off the top rope to the outside of the ring (ok, I landed on a crash pad, but it was still cool!)
