Even gainst generous ranges here consider that you are OOP against the PF raiser who evident;y is not a terrible player.
I agree with rzk that this seems to be pointlessly bloating the pot without THAT much of an edge to justify it.

I'm not a fan of the preflop play. It would be closer if your hand was suited. As is, I would just call. On the turn, villain doesn't seem to fear the King, which should hit your range pretty solidly since you didn't 3-bet the flop. So I would just call down.

I call pf and the action changes on the flop.
We check the flop UTG1 bets and SB c/r. We are faced with 2 cold getting 4.5:1 to call. We have 3 clean out to the T and a club T gives us flush redraws. A Q is gross. I give it 0.5 an out max. I give the our K outs 1.0 just because it feels right. 3 outs for the ten. 1.5 for the bdfd 1.5 for our pairs. 6 outs getting 4.5:1. Looks like a fold with that action. As played get to show down as cheap as possible now unless the action gets crazy.
