You could raise the flop and bet the turn for half value half free showdown-ness. You could also let him barrel but I think you need to call even with the Q on the river if you go that route, you'll see too much random trash. A raise could also be a great play on the river if there is hope he folds a ten or weaker. Pretty much think there are lots of good things you can do here and folding and blindly calling down aren't good enough options.

ditch it. if he has QJ, he is likely gonna barrel on all 3 streets, and that's gonna suck. more likely he has a big one and his hopinghopinghoping that this flop hit you.
