Default $6.50 - Standard raise 99

Is this standard raise okay? If there is 1 limper can I still raise it from this position?

It is perfectly OK.

If there is a limper, I prefer a limp behind.

Okay just checking. It is not often I get a nice PP like this in the earlier stages folded to me when I am sitting in LP.
