Default $6.50 - 2 pair on nasty club board

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB (t395)
UTG (t1990)
MP1 (t2070)
MP2 (t1230)
Hero (t2225)
Button (t4405)

Preflop: Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls t50, 1 fold, MP2 calls t50, Hero calls t50, 2 folds, BB checks.

Flop: (t225) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets t150, MP2 folds, Hero raises to t450.

Against an unknown is this the best action to take? What about the raise size?

Folding pf is best.

I normally fold here but I was comfortable taking a flop. If I am 1-2 seats further away from button then I lay it down.
