Given that this is montagnais, i think this is a lot closer than people think. He's showing up with AQ or Q9 a lot here.

Overbet + Montagnais =/= nuts
Montagnais is MP here.

It depends on what way he's playing. If he's tilted, then that's what you get, but the vast majority of the huge hands in my DB are from when he overpushes the nuts, and a reg gives him action because ZOMG look at his stats, he never has it! This is why so many people here are down against him.

In my db he's down a couple k over quite a lot of hands, I'm pretty sure he doesn't beat regs in general. Maybe the 17/14 guys who cbet flop and autocheck/fold the turn when they miss, of which there aren't too many of at 200NL.

But as for the hand, surely you can't fold JJJ here because of Montagnais' shove, I mean I can't see him having KK or AQ that often bc he is pretty aggro preflop and does generally raise big hands for value i've found, maybe he has Q9 but w/e we're getting 3:1. I'd be more worried of UTG tbh.

He's the 2nd biggest loser in my db i think (i think Pavel is ahead of him), but pretty much all the big pots in my db he has had at least 2 pair(and i don't think he pushes that on this board). He just can't be a winner because of his pf play, but he gets huge action because of how it reflects on his stats and people assume he's just like all the others. He's kind of a station so he can be v-bet relentlessly, but when he pushes he pretty much always has it. He doesn't generally push his draws or semibluff either.

yeah looking over his hands, he does generally get it in with a good hand but there are quite a few incidients where he's done stuff like bet3bet AI on turn with 33 on a 26TT board (after pfr checks the flop, I might add ). I do agree though
