I think this river is a fairly standard bet-fold here. He is unknown, but the board has a number of combinations that could be beating you. The K makes a lot of two pairs, and he could be slowplaying a bunch of stuff. The pot is under 10 BB, and the average player is simply not making a stone bluff here more than 10% of the time.
