Hiring a programmer and web designer
I have a couple of ideas kicking around and would like to know if anyone has suggestions for a good programmer and designer? I'm willing to spend a good amount of money on the project. Thanks.

If you are willing to spend some money, I'd avoid the college kids unless they are talented (if you can assess talent).
If you want to go baller, you can check out the likes of the Cuban Council or Firewheel Design.

Put an ad on craigslist.com. Explain to them your project, price and experience and I guarantee you in 2 hours you will get 50 replies.
