did read.

You aren't a winning player because you have an ownage style. People live are just so so bad that your leaks are made up for by people who don't know the hand rankings. With 50 bb there is no real reason to play hands like 59.

[/ QUOTE ]

I was careful to state that I am a winning player at these stakes. I know that my game has holes, including that I probably play too many hands preflop. However, I am not a pro nor aspiring to be and honestly, I can't help myself but play too many hands.

Oh and Cal Poly dropped SIXTY THREE POINTS on Davis this weekend, that was pretty sweet. It's too bad everyone I know up there is in law school and thus don't really care about Davis football; this is a huge [censored]-talking opportunity that is being massively wasted

[/ QUOTE ]

Haha well unlike your law school friends I do care about football but honestly I'm a bigger USC Trojan fan than Cal Poly. No I'm not a frontrunner, my dad is a USC alum and I have had season tickets to USC since I was 5.

you ask for advice about a hand but say you aren't going to take advice because you have a style.

Maybe try shutting up? 59 sooted w/ 50BB's. You're awesome.

I very specifically asked for opinions about the play post-flop (specifically if i should have gotten away from the hand). I already admitted that the hand would not have passed by the "starting hand police." Not to mention that you display a very weak understanding of the game by judging the quality of my play based on starting hands.

QFT

It's the best FIVE CARD hand that wins at the end, not the best TWO CARD HAND. With a hand like 59o, after the river, you're hoping you've caught 5 better cards than what you started with.
