Default 3 hands: so don\'t look if you hate that

This table was so ripe I started playing a few suited one gappers (not my style as a rule) Since I chose to play them; Did I play them OK? There was no chance, at this table, to reduce the field. I was playing them for big hand/big pot value.

Hand 1: The flop raise is sexy. I don't really like the turn bet if no one is folding. I supose it is acctually for value since you have so many outs. I just don't like betting turns in multi-way pots without made hands if I know there is 0 chance of taking it down right there.

Hand 2: standard given the table dynamic you describe

Hand 3: I like raising this preflop for fun when we have ultimate position. Rest of the hand looks pretty standard to me

Edit: BTW one hand per thread will probably get more responses

Hand one, I agree with post above. Take free card.

Hands two and three: nice hands. Not sure why you posted hand 2 though. Are you just worried about being too loose preflop?

No not at all. I actually tend to be too tight preflop. (18% FR and 25% 6max) Playing these hands was just an anomaly born of the loose table situation. Which I guess was part of my question. i.e. does a real loose table like this make these +EV to play? I included all three because they were all J9s and all within a couple of orbits.

*Grunch*
LOL. The first two hands are trivial.
The third, however, is different: I think, the turn bet is the real interesting decision.
If villain is aggressive enough, try to induce a bluff by checking behind.
If he/she/it is not, the bet I like.

However, the bet on 5th street is spew IMO b/c very few hands you beat will call here. So just check behind.

Yes. And you are too loose preflop. J9s FR in early position is just not good enough.

Do yourself a favor & just don't bet draws with 0 FE on the turn.
