is this an aggressive draw play? overpair? what am i up against and how do you play?

call ehre every time. I think we see like 88 or 99 alot of times here, even if he has a flopped straight we have enough outs to fill up. Call

Easy call, most of the time you will be way ahead against oesd, lower sets, 2 pairs and overpairs.

A made straight never does this. No draws, he's going to try and extract. And by extract, I mean an unknown is going to minraise and bet low so that he doesn't lose customers.

exactly, this will never be a straight, and even if it is (so doubtful), you'll have good odds to fill up.
