Another monitor question (need more than what\'s in FAQ)
I'm looking at buying this Dell 24incher (http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/p...p;sku=320-5647).
I have dual link DVI-D on my laptop, but my video card is kinda old (ATI Radeon x300) and has only 128MB memory. Can I still run this monitor at its native res (1920x1200)? I've been looking around and can't find an answer. Thanks. |

Re: Another monitor question (need more than what\'s in FAQ)
OK thanks, I saw the homepage though and was confused because it said this:
165 MHz integrated TMDS transmitter, for support of DVI Digital Flat Panels at up to UXGA resolution (1600x1200) So I thought maybe that was the max supported res, but that that other link clears it up. |

Re: Another monitor question (need more than what\'s in FAQ)
Maybe you are right, TMDS is used for transmitting signal via DVI to your external monitor, I suggest testing monitor on your notebook before buying.
