This is definitely not a fold with a very live king kicker. Only reason I say it might be a call is because only 1 9 is dead. If a King and a 9 are dead it's a sure fold, but I'm pretty sure a call here is right. Just want to make sure

I think raise or fold. Call just puts you in a multiway pot with a semi-dead medium pair. Raise can get you heads up with probably the best hand. Fold saves you the agony of playing this dead cheese. Take your pick.
