Default 200nl IS this AI on river too thin?

vs an unknown
I open in CO, villain calls in SB despite hand converter

OnGame Skin, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 4 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

BTN: $299.50
SB: $196.50
Hero (BB): $204
UTG: $157.55

BTN posts $1
Pre-Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $8</font>, UTG folds, BTN calls $7, SB folds

Flop: ($18) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BTN bets $2</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $12</font>, BTN calls $10

Turn: ($42) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BTN bets $2</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $30</font>, BTN calls $28

River: ($102) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BTN checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $154 and is All-In</font>, BTN calls $154

Does anyone know what a minbet on flop &amp; river mean?
Could it be a draw or mid pair or something?

Why don't you make a normal valuebet?

If hero is going to bet the river then i like a shove.

I cant see most villains calling a normal river vbet with just a pair of 8's or weak K's.

This play would be nice against sophisticated opponents, ur villain doesnt seem like 1, so if u were gonna value bet (i wouldnt) id just bet very small and hope to get looked by a king or other random crap.
