Id prob shove in general most people with a huge stack like that get it from playing very bad and sucking out this could easily be QJ KJ j10 A9 I think I felt this.

i was entertaining the idea of shoving, mostly because i kept thinking "what if he thinks KQ is the nuts?" i'd like to add though, bet/min3-bet usually=the nuts, especially since he led into a multiway pot.

Aren't you really only scared of 99 and 33? I'd shove this.

Q9/99/33, yes. i had a tough time folding here, but this was still early in the session and random NL10 unknowns show me sets/weird two pair a huge % of the time after taking the bet/min3bet line.

for the record, after i tank-folded he showed KQ. value town, obv.

i am still curious to see what anyone else has to say though.

folding's a bit tight here at this level but I can understand if you've not seen strength from villain yet in a hand. BTW if you are willing to go all the way with this hand I would just call his flop 3bet as there's not much here that worries us/kills action. Better to put him to his own death if he 3bets flop and has to act on turn OOP.
