Which Game is the safe pick?

I'm in a suicide pool and have 5 choices.

Houston at Jacksonville
Miami at Cleveland
Tennessee at Tampa Bay
Washington at Green Bay
Carolina at Arizona

I'm not picking against the spread. I'm thinking Jacksonville or Clevland. I'm worried that Miama has to win a game sooner or later though. Who should I grab?
