I dont like it. Pretty much letting th eopponent play perfect against us no? He can fold when beat, call when medium, and raise when ahead. I dont he's going to cal that river with much you beat unless he looks you up with something like a QJ or KJ.

I'd usually C/R the flop because it lets me do it later with air or a draw when I want to bluff out the opponent. I think a C/R on the turn at a min.

I disagree - i see this line be looked up by almost any pair all the time, which could fold if i c/r the turn.
I know, this very much depends on my opponent, but thatīs the problem with unknowns.

I am just c/r'ing the flop for value

Which I would do with any piece.

If he is bad and 2nd barrels a lot you can c/c c/r if you like. But against any player with half a brain that can easily backfire.

I prefer raising the flop because calling gives our hand away in my opinion (not that people at 1/2 will realize that.) For the same reason, raising the flop disguises your hand somewhat and makes it look like you are bluffing. Given the wide range of most players these days I don't use WA/WB that often in short handed poker.

a lot of times when i play a hand i like to think of the worst way for villain to play his hand against me (obviously not counting retardation like going 4 bets on every street). anyway, c/c c/r is only worse than c/c c/c c/r against me.
