Default River value questions, 2 hands.

Both hands at 1/2 NL

HAND 1: Stacks: Hero has 200 villain covers

Hero has 9s6s on button and limps after 5 limpers, SB calls BB raises to $7, all call including hero. Pot is at 35$

Flop 8d7cKd. All check to hero who checks.

Turn 5d. BB bets 20$, all fold to hero who calls.

River 2s BB bets 50$, hero calls.

HAND 2: Hero has $450, villain $250.

4 limpers, hero has 9h4h in BB and checks, pot is at $10.

Flop Ah2h5s. SB checks, Hero checks, checks around.

Turn 8h. Sb checks, Hero bets $10, fold to button who raises to $20, hero calls.

River 4d. Hero checks, button checks.

The turn minraise threw me off since in live poker the minraise usually means huge strength and "zomg must get value"

Does anyone hate my lines in these 2 hands? I think Im starting to become a nit.

Default Re: River value questions, 2 hands.

H1: Fold pf. On the river, I think we are good against a pre-flop bb raiser here with this board a lot. I also would flat call tho cuz not much calls a raise.

Edit: oh it's live. I haven't played live, but maybe that makes river a raise? Anyone else played live can chime in I guess.

H2: God, I hate these limped pots. I probably call turn also. If it was raised pre-flop, I 3-bet it.

Lead the river in hand 2. 1 is fine.
