Grey,

maybe functions.ahk is somehow corrupt, have you tried re-downloading it? I'm gonna guess you have, so:

The only thing jumping out at me is the unusual title bar of your window - "TableNavigator/TableNavigator" - containing a forward slash - I have to think that's causing trouble with WinXP filesystem, generally slashes are a no-no for file / folder names under windows.. try re-naming TN folder?

Best of luck,

dave.

If you have Windows set to cache thumbnails (when viewing directories through Windows Explorer), it creates a Thumbs.db file. Even if you later turn off thumbnail caching, it still leaves the db file. Grey can delete it safely.
