5/10 Live NL Preflop Checkup

Same Flagler's NL table as in my "Flop top pair out of bb" post. Table has been fairly passive, night is winding down. We are down to 5 players for the second last hand of the night. Reads: Most guys are loose-passive-ish, one guy (the sb in this hand) is a drunken maniac. My image: The table views me as very tight.

Everyone limps around to me in bb, I have 99. My action?

BTW: I have around 200 (FL State Law says that $100 is max buyin), drunk has around 200 as well, everyone else covers.

I don't know if you guys play live, but do you think moving in might scare away all the hands I want action from (random aces, lower pairs) and will get AI with me on the flop anyways? My worry about pushing was that the only hands I'd get action from were ones which crushed me.

no. live players are morons (especially if they're playing in a game as retarded as 5/10 $100 max)

the big problem you'll run into if you raise less than all in is getting called by multiple players. post flop you're going to be put in a gross spot on a ton of flops when you dont flop a 9 or an overpair

sure sometimes someone will limp or overlimp a big pair, but with 20bb you cant be worried about that at all.

i cant believe i put this much time into something so stupid and trivial.
