Default KQ top top OOP on a draw heavy board 20NL

villain is running at 23.5/8.3

i expect him to call the river with most jacks which is what i put him on. im pretty sure he would raise with a queen or a big draw on the flop.

he used his half his time bank on the turn to call me
and did the same on the river

i definatly messed this hand up somewhere but im not sure where. I bet the turn to fold out draws obv. If we check the river and he shoves do we call?

I don't think this is bad. Lots of draws so you need to bet the turn. The only question is whether to check river and let him bluff a missed straight/flush or push and hope he calls w/QT or something. If he's aggressive I'm checking river, and if he's passive I'm probably pushing.

I check river too. The board was extremely draw heavy and all the draws missed. By checking river you'll get villain to take a stab at the pot with a missed draw.
