Default $600NL. River trips facing pot sized bet.

Villain is 20/9/2 over a decent datamined sample. We don't have any history at all. What is the best move on the river here? I'm really not sure how I feel about this one. I think its possible for him to show up with something like AK/AQ here too, but I'm not really sure since this is my first time playing with him. The only set that he can have is 66 (AA is unlikely and he probably doesn't call flop with 33). So, what do you guys think is the best move here? Thanks!

Make a very thin raise, like $275. Your hand obviously doesn't look like a 7 and he's calling here all day with AK/AQ/possibly AJ. Probably not 66 often enough to worry about it.

Shouldn't we cold then?

And tozzy, do we have enough money behind to do that? We minraise and he shoves, we are getting like 3:1 or 4:1 or something, can we fold?

Anyone else like the line of minraise and fold to a shove? What do you think gets more value: minraise/fold or shoving?

I'd just call here I think, but minraise/fold looks ok too.
