Re: 10/25 HU vs CrYinG on UB
calling does suck cause hes pretty much pushing a lot of rivers, so unless we're commited to gettin it in on the riv its bad. but i also think pushing kind of blows.
the best seems to fold here, which is [censored], but hero's donkout kinda caused it all |

Re: 10/25 HU vs CrYinG on UB
i didnt get this name easily
edit: I think not folding AJ to a push there is pretty bad as villain, for instance. but in any case, saying 'A or B' doesn't preclude doing A 95% and B 5%. |

king of drafts=best poster atm?
I agree w/his posts, and I think shove is marginally better than a call |

EC what are your thoughts on the hand and what'd you end up doing? [/ QUOTE ] i think call and ch/c any river (or push if he bets less than AI) is slightly better than push because it allows him to bluff. i think bluffs and hands that will bet all in when checked to on the riv but not call a b3b ai on the turn make up the biggest portion of his range. umm kinda embarrased to admit but i actually folded in the hand. this was his first aggressive move in the first 30+ hands of play and he was an unknown to me. turns out later in the match he was v aggro/typical ub lag and if i could have the hand back i'd definitely AT LEAST call. i mean who bet-folds in this spot ever? WTF. if someone posted this hand as a turn bet fold i'd prob ridicule them for being terrible and weak tight. but in the moment i just felt like i was beat and the more i thought about it (timed down) the more i wanted to fold. like i said tho if i could have the hand back i'd call and c/c any river. |

Re: 10/25 HU vs CrYinG on UB
also i dont think betting out in this spot is bad at all given my read on the opponent up to that point. i figured he'd just call down with a 5 or better like he had been doing so far in the match.

I think shove > call since you might play a draw like this. [/ QUOTE ] if you play a draw like this kill yourself |
