Looks like a 44 or 66 to me. Any one betting OOP so strong, I can't think of any thing other than trips on the flop.

lets say his legitimate hand range is {77, 76, 66, 44} there are 13 combinations of said hands.

lets say his bluffing range is {55, 98, Td9d, Td8d, JdTd, Jd9d, Jd8d, KdJd, KdTd, AdJd, AdTd, Ad9d, Ad8d}. i didnt include AdKd because you said he 3bet a lot, i also didnt include Qdx because i think his shoving range is FHs and bluffs. there are 33 combinations of bluffing hands.

even if you think he is only bluffing 50% of the time with his bluffing range it is a call. if you think he is bluffing way less it becomes a fold, but on a board like this i would definitely call.
