i think his range here is something like KQ/AQ/55/66/good flush draw. if you raise his calling range is comprised of hands that beat/tie you and possibly KQ. i mean, he probably calls with kq. but he probably dumps kqo preflop so from a bayesian standpoint there are 6 hands that beat you, 9 you tie with, and 4 you beat. i think calling is better against that range, and depending on his river action there are various cards you might be able to bluff him off a tie with.

I would call flop/turn/river here given you don't hit a FH on river. I think raising on any street is kinda bad.

what?? why?

Raise/call on the flop seems like a solid line. Far and away his most common hand will be a draw.

Colombo,

You think his range is mostly comprised of draws here? You don't think he leads mid pairs, sets here? Why is that?

usually call on the flop. I expect his range to be weaker Q's, 99-77 kinda hands, maybe some draws.

Raise. If he has you beat so be it. This is about the best card you could hope for.

How does this card change anything? If I was ahead before, I am still ahead now, right? If I was behind before, I'm still behind, right?

If you raise a lot of donk leads then I'd raise/call the flop, assuming he is aware of this. This guy is super solid though, I'd just call flop. Turn is tricky, but we're not much more likely to be ahead on the turn than we were on the flop. I'd probably raise now since the board is getting pretty ugly and I'd bluff raise this card a decent amount as well.
