well you say he's decent but he butchered this hand pretty good somewhere.
I wouldn't always reraise preflop. his flop peel/turn check tells me I can safely bet fold, just for the chance he'll call with an underpair -- the fact that he called that flop makes me think he will. |

I would continue leading out on the turn. You've shown strength so far, and he might fold an underpair. I wouldn't give a free card, and showing weakness allows him to correctly bluff the river.
That's not a choice river card, but I'd probably c/c river as played... |
