I Cbet here ~30% of the time btw.

He's not bluffing, but is he v-betting T9, JT? I call here out of confusion. Why would you call turn and fold a blank river?

Shouldn't we fold turn then? What the hell do we expect him to do? They always bet here on river.

I'd also vote for fold. (turn is a call for sure)
Busted draws might be in villains range, but w/o further history i guess you are behind way too often.

He can be protecting with any pair on the turn, but that river bet is never 88.
