Default 50/100 River my flush on a paired board. raise? call a shove?

Villain is spectrum1234. I don't know his game real well but based on this session, he hates folding and is very aggressive, even a little spewy. Raise or call river? If you raise, how much do you make it and do you call a push? Does anyone like just shoving it?

I used to always raise this, now I have started calling. I feel like unless u can comfortably call a shove I'd hate raising. Can he really call like 4200 with much you beat? I don't think i'd call like 98 here in his spot.

i would raise it to like 4600 and fold to shove, I think that this guy pays off with a lower flush for sure and probably an eight, maybe worse depending on how he views and you and stuff.

Wha? It's not like villain is gonna rebluff you off or shove with a worse flush. At least, I'm not gonna give him credit for being that sick until I have seen some evidence. I think I would make it $4200 and fold to a shove, given description of villain.

Yea thats a good point, I still think its a raise tho, I mean this guys not that good, doesnt like to fold, will never bluff-shove, doesn't have a hand that beats you very often, and Ike has a crazy image (at least im assuming, since he usually does).

how can he pay off with an 8 when your hand is so easily a boat or a flush? and he's kinda spewy. what if, as unlikely as it is, you raise to 4600 and he pushes some cheese. even if you ARE ahead 50% when called, and I dont think you are, unless it's - say - 60% you're not getting anywhere near the overlay you need for giving yourself the chance at losing a won pot, IMO. and i dont see how you can possibly be ahead 60% WHEN CALLED here...
