25/50 HU vs hotntot: Weird little river c/r bluff

I have played hot a lot. This is a bad play vs him. He will call with a lot simply because i can't think of a hand you would play like this that isnt exactly A5. What other hands would you really take this line with? Any sets or draws would prob raise at some point. Plus he might be made so it doesnt really matter what you are representing. I think the main problem is that he won't fold enough medium hands to make a shove better than a call or fold. Personally I'd fold vs hot here.
