Default TPBK + fl draw in limped pot

UTG is quite loose passive 30/10/1.0 and is even worse 45/10/0.5

They are both very passive and the mostly suck. I don't know what's my goal on this hand. Should I try to get it all-in (with a very passive guy showing strenght after a bet and a call) or should I just wait and see what happens on the turn...

CO ($478)
Button ($377.94)
SB ($1061.62)
Hero ($500)
UTG ($1148)
MP ($882.75)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $5, 2 folds, Button calls $5, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: ($17) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)

He is shortstack so just commit him and hope UTG is kind and don't fight.

Call and re-evaluate the turn because you are behind this passive players range.

A raise will not fold out anything that beats you or get called by anything you are ahead of. Raising gives you very little FE against this player and basically turns your hand into a semi-bluff.
