Default 2nd pair top kicker vs aggression

Villain is 42/4/3 in 77 hands.

I think folding this is out of the question. Should i be more aggressive here (3betting flop, lead nonspade turn) or is a calldown best?

against a 42/4/3 calling down seems fine to me. against a 22/14/3 i could find another raise somewhere. also 3 is pretty aggro for a 42/4 so maybe he is on a draw. maybe betcall river?

I think if he's got AJ, he could bet the river here, but won't necessarily call a river donk. So I would check and call the river and let him bluff away his flush/straight draw. Thing is, you don't expect him to be on a draw because he would want to keep the other player in on the flop with spades or JT.

Betting the river is problematic because getting raised is no fun plus you kinda expect villain to have a King (or be on a 3-barrel semi-bluff). You do get called by worse Queens, A5 etc., but you may get raised by a worse hands and better hands alike. Also, villain might check the river with some Kings, fearing a bad kicker. So bet/calling the river is something to consider certainly, but I would just check.
