My credit card statement shows an extra deposit i never made (UB)

I made a deposit at UB using my credit card on 3-5 for $600. I then made another deposit on 3-7 using the same credit card for $600, as $600 is the max deposit for some reason. SO that is a total of two deposits for $1200 total. Even my transaction history at UB confirms this. So, I just opened my credit card statement and noticed 3 deposits of $600 each for a total of $1800. The credit card shows 2 deposits were made on 3-7 instead of one. I do remember there being a few problems with that deposit and it toook a few attempts for it to go through with UB's cashier. I just emailed UB. Does anyone have a ph # or a better option for me? should i call my credit card company yet? or wait to hear from UB? Tks.

shouldnt i give UB a chance to remedy the situation in case was an honest error on their part? isn't this whole credit card thing UB does suppose to be hush hush type of thing. I can't imagine they would want me calling credit card companies. But if they don't cooperate I will. others?

well, I think I got things all figured out. I called my credit card company and they are showing that I had a refund of $600 from "X" and now my account is correct. I'mm not sure why It took so long for this, but things seem to be ok. FWIW UB was very helpful with me and responded very quickly by email. thanks
