You are a freaking genuinely great guy and I feel for you. You don't deserve this obviously, but I have no doubt that you will come out with something better in the future, look back on this and smile. I'm sure this will happen sooner than you'd think.

Also, if so inclined, you could file an EOC complaint. You documented, which is awesome and I wish everyone would document important things.
