You are a freaking genuinely great guy and I feel for you. You don't deserve this obviously, but I have no doubt that you will come out with something better in the future, look back on this and smile. I'm sure this will happen sooner than you'd think.

All kidding aside, I think you'll be fine whichever way this goes. From everything I've ever seen around here you seem like a good guy. Hopefully a new opportunity comes along soon and you'll look back and laugh at your douchebag boss.
