20/180 confused 2 pair

Raise flop for info? I don't think he has a straight on turn because of his flop lead, but I'm seriously worried about 77 or 99. However I think he's playing it the same with JQ-AQ, and could also have some sort of draw on flop that made 2 pair. I was confused throughout, help please!

Whats does the turn overbet followed by smaller river bet mean? couldnt he have picked up a club draw on the turn?

I really dont see why you dont raise the turn he's calling with all kinds of hands, you cant be worried about a set, its such a small part of his range.

I'm not sure that I can interpret the overbet as a clubdraw/pair type hand. At the time it really felt like a set, though now when looking over the hand it feels a lot more like two pair. I'm not sure how much I've turned my hand in to a bluff catcher on the river. He's still value betting a worse two pair, but probably not just a pair of queens
