Yeah, thats a terrible board for 99 when you are in a pot that might call you down with a hand as bad as T8.

I just check behind on the flop. You don't have to c-bet everytime its checked to you. Also with a board like this and holding an underpair, you generally want to keep the pot small. Betting the flop just bloats the pot.

The min-bet is exploitable. figure out how and exploit it instead of getting mad.
