Do you need a bigger BR for 6-max games vs Full Ring? How many buyins are recommend for each?

For most players 6-max variance is probably larger than FR variance, but for good players 6-max win rates are probably higher also. These two things probably net out to similar bankroll requirements between the two games. As for how much is recommended - it really depends on how good you are at a given level, how swingy you are, and what you are comfortable with.

I generally have 25 BI for a given level and drop down if I hit 15 BI
