Hand1 I think you have to all he could be betting an 8, I guess.

Hand2 check behind ont he river is fine.

Hand 1 I am ok with calling here given villan's stats and his sd 57%. The T on the river really reduces the chances that he has a T in his hand. I'm having a hard time putting villan on a hand that beats you on the turn - given the way he played. Pretty easy call for me here for 1/3 of the pot.

Hand 2 you are probably ahead but there's no sense betting. He *might* call you with second pair, but you'll probably make him fold any hand that you already have beat. There's isn't a whole lot of range that you beat that he'll call you with. If you bet he will surely call you with any ace. Just check behind here.
