Default PF decision in Turbo Hundo with 66 - call or fold?

This might be simple, but while I have a good grasp of how and when to push with a short stack, I suck at deciding when to call or fold when facing a shove in the blinds.

8-handed halfway into Full Tilt $100+9 Turbo Hundo. Most players at the table are in push-or-fold mode.

Blinds: 200/400/50
MP1: ~4100
Hero (SB): 3200
BB: ~2650

MP1 pushes into a $1000 pot, I have 2950 after posting SB and ante. Call or fold with 66? We're nowhere near the bubble and MP1 plays like most opponents and open-pushes his fair share when folded to. Nothing extraordinary.

I'd fold 66 and probably call with 88-99/AQ being bottom end range of calling.

Agree. Probably also call with AJs. This is probably a coin flip situation, so you have to weigh up if this is the time to gamble or not. On balance, it probably isn't.

Thanks for input... Just remember this is a turbo tournament and every small edge has to be taken. As you said, this is probably a coin flip, and with antes in the pot we really want to make the call being on the better side of the flip. Question is if we can account for just enough flip situations to weigh up for when we're dominated by a higher pair. A higher pair in this case is probably 77-JJ/(QQ) and not so much AA-KK as people often try to trap with monsters. Thoughts?

Are you actually saying that it is a coinflip situation most of the time, yet you still don't want to call?

Math/hand range problem yeah?

Give villain a push range of e.g. 44+,A8s+,KTs+,QJs,JTs,A9o+,KJo+:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 53.641% 53.11% 00.54% 1031189772 10392528.00 { 44+, A8s+, KTs+, QJs, JTs, A9o+, KJo+ }
Hand 1: 46.359% 45.82% 00.54% 889777908 10392528.00 { 66 }

More than enough to call.

Tighter range:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 59.959% 59.33% 00.63% 761977308 8029998.00 { 66+, ATs+, KJs+, QJs, AJo+, KQo }
Hand 1: 40.041% 39.42% 00.63% 506190696 8029998.00 { 66 }

Making it a very close decision, since you're getting 1.4:1 to call, you need to be around 40-41% vs villain's range to call. I'd still call though, since you're unlikely to find a very +EV spot anyway.
