Should I blockbet/valuebet river? And in general, how to play this, if I decided to run a bluff, since i was very tight preflop.

i don't know what you're doing in either of these hands. I guess the flop in the first hand is ok, but the turn is terrible unless you think he has comlplete air (which seems VERY unlikely given the action).

given pf and flop in hand 2, i'd c/f the turn unless you think for some reason villain is calling down light. which doesn't make much sense since you've been "very tight preflop". I don't see how you can c/f the river, villain could very easily have like ak or something and be vbetting it. If i checked this river it would be with the intent of calling a bet.

You don't need to "out-aggro" an opponent who is aggressive. At least, not with 57o OOP. You don't have to defend your BB this fervently.

So, am I calling station in first hand and weak-passive in 2nd hand?
BTW, looking fo coach.
My thought process:
Hand 1)he's been limping lots of trash, I haven't raised much yet and decided to do it with TJ, because if I had AA, he probably would fold on the flop not hitting much, so i decided to do it with TJ. I caught mid pair, but didn't believe him, cos he was raising air all the time before, I wanted him to make another bet on turn. Is my thought process is way off right poker thinking?
Hand 2)OTR I thought(and usually thinking):he won't call with less hand than my mediocre 2 pair here, so I don't bet. And the way hand played out, I think he has better hand in this situation like 70-80%. Am I way off again? How should I be thinking and playing out this hand if I made preflop mistake mixing in not the correct hand for 3bet?

Could you, please, explain to me, WHY it seems UNLIKELY? when whould it be LIKELY?
He's been very agro, raising all the time prevoius hands in different spots, why should I believe him in this spot? Which spots should commit?
