Poker Ace HUD wont display anything

So this is the first time ive tried to use PAH and its only displaying the pot size on the tables. the program seems to recognize the tables i have open but just doesnt display any actualy stats. the screen shot below is how i set everything up.

any ideas on what ive not done/done wrong to get the stats showing.

or do i actually have to be sat down for them to show up anyway.

Disable any filters you may have set (Options->Preferences->Filters) and make sure that you have selected the database you are importing hands into. Options->Preferences->Databases->Holdem
