I think it's fine thayer sent me this hand from his perspective and I think JJ+ AK is a good range for you esp considering sb tanked before shoving while thayer after you stick it in should be calling KK+.

Thayer has probably been active so and I'm guessing he has a decent range here 7 handed. Considering Thayer has been active SB's 4bet range is probably a little wider.

Considering all this I can't see folding AK here.

looks like a fold to me, thayer shouldn't be raising light, as he's committed to call vs betgo, and betgo raised from 2nd position and will probably be shoving a decent % of the time. and obviously SB cold 4bet shoving is scary...

I'm not sure if I'm ever raising light here.

Ya I thought Thayer's raise looked quite strong. Folding would be sick, I'm actually not sure what I'd do in the situation. Thayer's raise size says monster to me though.

The result was I called and Thay3r folded. SB and I chopped with AK and ace high. Thay3r was upset and said he folded TT. He said he folded because I instacalled and he assumed I had a big pair.

I muck this. SB's range is at worst {QQ+, AK}. Thayer's raise looks strong. If SB also has AK and Thayer calls, you're in serious trouble. If SB has KK or AA, you're in serious trouble. Only halfway decent scenario is SB has QQ and Thayer mucks, which is +cEV, but you're slightly behind. Thus, best case scenario, which I think is really unlikely (QQ is 6/21 of SB's range, Thayer looks strong), is you're flipping with Thayer's money in the pot.
