Minimum stakes for rakeback

Hi guys,

What would be the minimum limits needed to benefit from rakeback if single tabling Limit Holdem or NL Holdem?

which poker sites offering rakeback would be recommended for signing up with first? (i'm European, playing mainly limit holdem at the .50/$1 and $1/$2 limits,)
