Default 2pair in limped pot

Ok, I didn't play this hand real good. Raising before the flop would have helped to put my opponents on a more narrow range. Now, I really don't know what to do...

SB is a decent tag 24/18/3.5 and I have no history with him
BB is a nit imo 17/10/1.5 but he's a huge loser (not that many hands maybe 700)
So what do you at this point and what's the plan if you continue with the hand??

Cryptologic Network No-Limit Hold'em, $10 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

Hero ($1081)
SB ($1334)
BB ($970)
UTG ($1882.79)
MP ($575)
CO ($221)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP calls $10, 1 fold, Hero calls $10, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($40) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $30, SB calls $30, BB raises to $100, MP folds, Hero ???

Call.

If SB goes crazy I release is. I'm hoping to call down BB unless his bets makes it very clear he wants the stacks in.

Ummm... u are calling with this hand pf to flop this or a flush draw. As played I am leaning toward a 3 bet here.

On a side note: why is everyone so nitty postflop. Its amazing how many claim to much in certain spots and yet would never do it themselves and call it variance.
